Lindsay Hopkins – Reiki training

Level 1 Reiki is open to anyone interested in deepening their self care practice, and for those interested in the healing arts as a profession. The Reiki attunement opens and expands the main energy channels of the body, allowing universal energy, also known as Qi/Chi/Ki, to flow more freely. Learning Reiki brings the body into a higher vibration creating a deeper connection to universal life force energy. A detoxing process begins as the attunement supports in clearing energetic blockages in the body and field. As a result, many participants undergo a significant period of self-growth.

Self-Reiki is the main goal and participants are encouraged to practice Reiki on themselves, as a pathway towards healing yourself. This is also a great first step for those also looking to become a practitioner and is encouraged for those already working with other healing modalities. It’s a great compliment for those working with yoga, counseling, massage therapy, essential oils etc.

Participants will learn how to use Reiki to: relieve physical pain and tension, strengthen the immune system, support the nervous system, balance energy levels, shift old patterns/habits in the way of optimal health, release emotional wounds, improve concentration and mental clarity, achieve goals and intentions, better access your intuition, and improve sleep.

At the end of the training participants are able to perform Reiki on themselves as well as practice giving Reiki to friends and family.

Students receive a certificate of completion as well as a guided meditation to help students continue to work with accessing the Reiki energy and using it in a self-care practice after the training. Should student’s choose to sign up for Reiki Level II after this training they will receive 10% off the training costs.
